The card is the sales page

Training
Free

On a marketplace the person buys from the product card. The photo, the name and the specs have to match what will arrive. Ads lead to this card, not to another product. This chapter is about one card for one product. A pile of random items with no description is not part of it.

The name and the photo

Training
Free

The name says what the thing is, without the word “best” and without someone else's brand if it is not your brand. The first photo shows the product whole, as the person will receive it. A frame of someone else's product, even a similar one, is not used. If the photo shows a feature that is not in the box, you change the photo.

Price and stock

Training
Free

The price on the card is what the person pays. An “old price” is not drawn if that price never existed. Stock is updated: you do not send ads to a product you do not have. A discount is written only if it is counted from your real previous price on this marketplace.

Ads inside the marketplace

Training
Free

On Ozon, Wildberries and other marketplaces in 2025–2026, card ads are in-search promotion, shelves and in-cabinet media. You watch DRR (ad spend share) and order margin, not an arbitrage payout per click. The first launch is one card, one campaign type and a daily cap. You add a second SKU when the first shows orders and you know cost with delivery.

Reviews

Training
Free

A review is written by the buyer. The seller does not write reviews for them, does not buy a pile of them and does not ask for a rating of a product the person did not receive. A normal question in a review is answered from the facts of the box. A rating that cannot be tied to a purchase does not help the card: the marketplace removes such ratings, and trust falls.

A question before the ads

Training
Free

Before spend you open the card as a buyer: is it clear what will arrive, does the price match, is the product in stock. If those three questions have no answer, you do not turn the ads on. Someone else's brand is not added to the name to catch someone else's query.

FBO and FBS

Training
Free

FBO — goods at the marketplace warehouse, faster delivery and often better ad eligibility. FBS — you ship from your warehouse: slower, but less cash locked in stock. Pick the scheme for margin and speed, not because everyone else did. Do not run ads on SKUs that are not available on the chosen scheme.

Rich content and video

Training
Free

Rich content, infographics and a short video on the card raise order conversion on WB/Ozon. AI can draft copy, but you check photos and specs against the real product. Someone else's brand photos and made-up specs are a common ban reason.

In-marketplace search

Training
Free

Card SEO: keywords in title and attributes without spam, FAQ in the description. Search ads boost a relevant card; they do not replace an empty description. Watch position on the target query and add-to-cart rate.

Seller unit economics

Training
Free

Count: price minus marketplace fee, logistics, returns, ads and cost of goods. If DRR eats margin, you cut ads or raise price/change the bundle. This is not a webmaster CPA payout — it is your profit per order.

External traffic to the card

Training
Free

Traffic from Telegram, influencers or search can go to the card if marketplace rules and UTM allow. The link must open the same SKU as in the ad. You reconcile external and internal reports by orders, not clicks alone.

Weekly seller report

Training
Free

Weekly: orders, returns, DRR by campaign, FBO/FBS stock, top queries. Decisions on margin, not a cheap click. Cards with negative contribution after ads go on pause.

Returns and defects

Training
Free

A return eats margin more than one cheap order. In 2025–2026 marketplaces watch photo-vs-product mismatches more strictly. The description and the box must match. If return share grows on a SKU, cut ads and fix the card instead of pushing budget.

Labeling and paperwork

Training
Free

Some categories on WB/Ozon need certificates, traceability labels and correct codes on shipment. Without paperwork the card can be hidden and stock frozen. Before scaling ads, check the product can legally sell on the chosen FBO/FBS scheme.

Platform promos without a loss

Training
Free

Marketplace discounts and promo codes are often funded by the platform, but you still count margin after fees. Join only if the order stays profitable. A red price for rank with no math is a common way to lose money.
